He started a database of potential healthy donors.
DSC is just the link between patients in need of blood transfusions and eligible donors!
Blood bank in Lebanon are located in hospitals and at some Red Cross sectors.
Whenever a demand occurs, we redirect donors to hospitals or to the red cross where blood is donated, tested and stored :))
