		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s great that people follow the way of helping others; in our country charity was considered as something odd or non-obligatory. I&#039;m glad that the Russians have become more involved in such things for the last decade.
However, people here prefer to organize charity or volunteer grops which do not associate with the leading political forces - they believe politics brings some negative impact on a group&#039;s reputation. But that mostly due to disillusions many citizens got from authorities.]]></description>
