Very good interview, Paul! You really make a very important work and I hope that a lot will follow you. As a woman it´s still not easy in the arabian world – I hope that this will find an end… perhaps about music??? We´ll see, and Im sure: You`ll do your very best!

Thanks a lot for such an interesting interview!
I agree that music brings people together; it is a good way to understand another nation and to heal wounds of inter-national relationship.
I remember some or Russian musicians (in classical music as well as in rock music) who organized several actions to catch people’s attention to certain problems in our country – and every time these concerts found a broader response among citizens than any political assurances.
I’d like to know a bit more about those projects by NYOI players and friends, if possible.
