Hi Venda,
Thanks for commenting on my blog entry again. I read through your other comments. So by now I know a little more about your background, too. :-)
I'm actually a person who doesn't have problems interacting in normal life. I have worked in lots of groups: e.g, with ArbeiterKind.de, an organization that supports children whose parents haven't studied to go for an academic career. The observers didn't miss interaction in all of the exercises. But in total, our whole group should have been more interactive. I just regard it as a new experience and look for new opportunities.
I don't think that schools need to prepare students for ACs. There are things outside of the educational system that we have to learn and that schools and universities aren't responsible (or capable) to teach. Every company selects their personnel differently. And evaluation methods change. So it would be hard for schools to adapt to these changes and differences if they wanted to prepare their students for them.

I wasn´t aware that an AC is a modern way to select personnel.
It´s also true that schools don´t prepare for certain situations after graduation. But I have always thought that for a doctor a practice would be the right way to observe an applicant to a position.

Group work is a must in any analysis of an applicant profile, it is said. Nevertheless I myself have difficulties in interacting in some situations. I think you will get over it soon. In your field of knowledge other qualities are a must, in my opinion.
