		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d like to add smth interesting to your article, Pavel. There is special field of education where all are quite different in Russia. I mean medical education. There no bachelor or mater degree here. First of all student must complete 6 years of study. And no part-time study, it&#039;s impossible! After this extremely long education you are not doctor else. You have to finish 1 year additional education (intership) or residency. Residency&#039;s duration depends on speciality. It can take from 2 to 3 (in the nearest future 5, low is changing) years. Next if you will postgraduate course you have to complete 3 (full time) or 4 (part time) postdoc education to try become PhD. Totally it means 6+1+2(3)+3(4).]]></description>
