Well but we are on thin ice and I liked those words in your post. I kept an eye on the Paris meeting on climate and said: they signed, all those 150 countries and yet nothing happens. Or maybe we don't know. I doubt that. So, we are still sitting and looking at floods, storms and so on in the middle of Europe, even in Paris a few weeks ago, Paris, where they all signed. It is strange indeed. In Romania, at about 400 km far from Bucharest, for example, nobody has ever seen a tornado. These phenomena are now there too. Not to mention flood red code in Germany in June. There are still mechanisms in states I don't understand or a misunderstood policy about this area.
