It surely is hard because we all look for gratification somehow.I remember not eating meat on Fridays ,during Lent as I was in a catholic hígh school.Fasting was common only on Good Friday and it was difficult enough.
In time we kind of outgrew those habits.In a hedonist world such as our present times you must have been having wonderful insights.It‘ s nice of you to share them with us.
