Chinese tattoo artist helps women cover up their scars

Shi Hailei gives free tattoos to mothers that want to cover up their caesarean delivery (C-section) scars. He works in Samurai Tattoo studio in Shanghai, China. His free project has helped more than 20 mothers in the past two years.
