22 Jahre, wohnt in Smolensk. Er studiert auf Lehramt Englisch und Deutsch, nebenbei bildet er sich an der Fakultät für Management der Staatlichen Universität Smolensk weiter. Er nimmt an Aktionen für die Unterstützung von Kinderheimen, den Schutz der Autofahrerrechte sowie an Umweltaktionen teil. In fünf Jahren will er als Lehrer die Fortschritte seiner Schüler beobachten, in mehreren Bereichen gleichzeitig beruflich tätig sein und in einem zivilisierten Land leben. Pawel meint, dass es von seiner Generation abhänge, ob sich Russland in ein solches Land umwandelt „oder, ob wir weiterhin nur Westeuropa, Australien und die USA für zivilisiert halten werden“. Um Russland zu modernisieren, sollte man lernen, selbstständig zu denken, seine eigene Position zu verteidigen, die Partnerschaft mit Anderen anzustreben und nie mit dem Lernen aufhören.
