Artjom Loskutow
24 Jahre alt, wohnt in Nowosibirsk. Er ist Künstler, TV- und Filmkameramann und einer der Organisatoren von Straßenkunst-Aktionen, die unter dem Namen „Monstration“ immer wieder für Aufsehen in Russland sorgen. Artjom dreht Filme über die schlechte Qualität der Straßen in Sibirien. Er setzt sich für eine Entkriminalisierung von Drogen ein (in Russland ist der Besitz selbst von kleinen Mengen Rauschgift strafbar). 2009 wurde er von Beamten der Abteilung für Extremismusbekämpfung verhaftet, da bei ihm 11 Gramm Cannabis gefunden wurden. 2010 wurde er dafür zu einer Strafe verurteilt. Artjom ist in Berufung gegangen. Die Drogen seien ihm untergeschoben worden, erklärte er. Das sei ein typisches Mittel, um gegen gesellschaftliche Aktivisten vorzugehen: Die Polizei sorge dafür, dass Drogen bei “unbequemen Bürgern” gefunden würden. Für die Zukunft hat Artjom keine festen Pläne, “denn in unserem Land kann man nicht mal wissen, was in einem halben Jahr passieren wird”. Um Russland erfolgreich zu modernisieren, sollten als Erstes die Ölreserven des Landes „abgeschafft“ werden.
